Love this envelope paper....as soon as I saw it , I pictured this card.....matched a small piece of the envelope paper for the top of the tag...added the vintage button and white twien...
Used the white embossing powder on the banner....and a heart from the heart border punch..
glued the heart on a piece of the watermelon ppaer and cut it out and put it below the banner...
